Nathan was born and raised in Johannesburg, South Africa. His passion for sound began while studying Film Arts at Open Window in Centurion, Gauteng, where he discovered the creative potential of sound design and its role in storytelling. This passion deepened when he realized he could combine his lifelong love for video games with audio, leading him toward a career in interactive sound.
After completing his studies, Nathan specialized in game audio, sound design, implementation, and audio asset creation, developing immersive audio experiences for interactive media. Over the years, he has contributed to projects spanning game production and large-scale sound effects libraries, collaborating with internationally recognized companies and supporting professional audio workflows.
At Dynamedion, Nathan focuses on sound design, implementation, and audio asset development for interactive experiences. Alongside his creative work, he also specializes in metadata curation and audio organization, helping structure and refine large-scale sound libraries to improve accessibility and workflow efficiency for audio professionals worldwide.
